International Postage/Shipping Quotes

Real Cost Charging: Please email us if you would like a quote for sending specific items, not forgetting to tell us where to! Also, be advised that we do not charge for any handling and packaging cost. You will be charge only for real Post office cost.

International Destinations: We ship to the UK, USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand etc...

Ordering Online

You can order online by clicking on the 'order' buttons. If you already have an account use your account name (pseudo) and password, else you may create your own account. While creating your account it is most important to fill in your email address accurately.

We will then check that all the items you want are available & send you another email with your order total & postage or shipping details. Any vintage items you ordered will be put 'on hold' until we receive your payment, up to a maximum of 10 days for international customers who wish to send a money order).

We will advise you of dispatch dates in our email.

***For this reason we ask that payment is made promptly after ordering. If you change your mind please do let us know so that any vintage item/s can be released for sale again.***

Ordering by phone

If you do not have an email address, you can also order by phone on +33 1 60734762 during office hours (Please check time zone for France, Paris).

We should be able to tell you immediately if the items you want are in stock.

Please send payment only after we have confirmed availabilty & postage costs for your order

Normally, all items will be in stock so your order should be sent out within a couple of days of us receiving payment. We reserve the right to wait for cheques to clear where larger amounts are concerned. We will advise you of despatch dates in our email.

No orders will be sent until payment is received.

Our refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund of the cost, excluding postage. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you need to return it & then send it back by insured/recorded mail within 10 days. Any refund will only be paid after we have received the goods back, in the condition in which you received them.

Payment methods

We accept cheques & postal orders payable to 'Stéphanie Foucher'. You may also pay online with a credit card via PAYPAL, a link allowing direct payment with Paypal will be included in your invoice.

International buyers: you may use Paypal, international money orders in EURO or direct bank transfer.

   

Data protection

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection laws. We promise never to disclose your personal details to third parties.
