Splendid closed panty made of lawn of linen in white color with an embroidered net edge on the leg representing a pattern in typical Empire style made up of flowers and applied embroidered lawn. The thread used is a white silk. The front on the waist is a peak and is supplemented small pleats on the front and the back. Two buttons close the back on the waist.
All the intervals are embroidered with point of Bumblebee.
This piece is an incredible smoothness and was entirely sewn by hand. It is a really adorable panty ! Circa 1900.
The panty is good condition, just note that 2 or 3 tiny pinhead holes are hidden in the pleats. 2 small holes in the net that can be easily repaired with a quick needle work.
