Splendid sheet of very beautiful quality in pure linen thread ( beautiful quality) in white color with a very rich openwork embroidery and inserts of filet lace. On its very great return, a line of 5 large round filet lace medallions and surrounded by lovely drawn thread works. A line of 5 openwork rivers decorate the medallions on both sides. On the return a recall of a medallion and these same openwork rivers. So a total of 7 medallions. An openwork river circumvents this splendid return.
The hem of bottom is an hand made skew. I will date this splendour of 1930, typically Art Déco.
A true wonder entirely sewn and embroidered by hand.
The sheet is in excellent condition.
