This is a very unusual and attractive vintage pure linen cloth from the 1930s. It is entirely hand made with cutwork flowers embroidered on a fairly heavy ecru coloured linen fabric.
There is a gorgeous deep hand made crochet lace border in a rich deep beige colour. Certainely a crochet design made by Mary Card, australian designer from the beginning of the 20th century.
Condition is excellent with no stains or holes.
